Mamadou is developing biosensors to measure the activity of the IDO1/TDO2-Kyn-AhR pathway, an immunosuppressive mechanism within the tumor microenvironment, in preclinical models of cancer. He expects his results to help inform the rational design of therapeutic interventions combining AhR inhibitors and immunotherapies.
