Isabell Schulze
Instructor
Isabell focuses on different approaches of immune-based therapies to treat various types of cancer, including blockade of inhibitory signaling by immune cells, and activation of immune pathways by agonizing stimulatory receptors. Leveraging her expertise in tumor immunology and flow cytometry, she also develops immune cell-based and flow cytometry-based assays to interrogate mechanisms of immune stimulation and design effective strategies to enhance T-cell function. She oversees the lab-internal flow cytometry facility and provides theoretical and practical training in high-parameter flow panel design and spectral flow cytometry.
